About the Rhino RTV

The Rhino Rough Terrain Vehicle (RTV) is the world's most advanced and capable off-road vehicle ever produced. The Rhino RTV can climb up incredibly steep inclines, creep back down at save crawl speeds, and blast across the desert at 60 MPH. The RTV is manufactured right here in Henderson, Nevada and it goes where most other rubber tired vehicles would never dare. Whether in mountains, swamps, deserts of sand and rock, forests, jungles or snow covered back roads, the RTV offers a safe off-road experience for you and the family. Simply stated, the Rhino RTV is a new class of off-road vehicle that offers the highest level of safety and ride-ability with a maximum performance envelope.

Every Rhino RTV comes with a safety compliant roll cage, emmission and noise standards designed to meet or exceed California Green Sticker requirements and National Forestry Service approved spark arrester.

Q. What does RTV stand for? Rough Terrain Vehicle

Q. Where do you drive the Rhino RTV? We operate our tours at the Apex Recreation
Area by special permit. If is about 15 minutes drive from the Las Vegas Strip.
It is a 50 square mile area that has a mixed terrain of rock crawling, hill-climbing,
Trail riding, sand dunes and site seeing.

Q. How fast do they go? The RTV is capable of speeds up to 60 mph. However, our
Experience is not a high speed event. It is more of technical driving experience.
The terrain is very rough. It is very rare we get the machines at their top speed.

Q. How do we get there? We offer free courtesy transport to & from your hotel or resort.
Pick ups are in a New, White, Dodge Mega-Cab truck with Ultimate Logo on side.

Q. How long do we get to drive? Depending on driving ability, approximately 2 hours.

Q. How many people can I bring with me? All Rhino RTVs are two seat vehicles.

Q. Can we both drive? Yes. We encourage everyone to try driving the vehicles. You must
Be 16 yrs., minimum and/or a licensed driver.

Q. Do I get a cheaper ratie if I go by myself? Nope. Sorry. So bring a friend or family member and have more fun.

Q. Can children go? Yes, as long as they can be safely buckled into passenger seat.
Usually must be at least 5 years, and/or at least 50 pounds.

Q. Will we get dusty & dirty? Yes. Dress comfortable. Plan to get dusty!

Q. Is the activity safe? Yes. The RTV is designed & engineered for maximum safety. Guests
Must demonstrate safe driving at all times. Our company has a perfect safety record.

Q. How fast does the Rhino RTV go? The Rhino RTV is capable of speeds in excess of 60 MPH. However, you must remember to drive at a speed that is safe for the terrain, the conditions and your ability.

Q. Am I responsible for damage? Yes. Our guests are responsible for damage incurred due to
Negligence & vehicle abuse. All guests have the option of holding a damage deposit of
$500 on credit card, OR purchasing our in-house insurance package for $150.

Q. Do I need offroad experience? No. The RTV is simple to operate. Just like a golf cart!!!

Hotel Pickup:

On request basis at time of order. We pick up at hotels in the major visitor areas of Las Vegas. Pick up from outlying areas is not available.

Payment:

Payment in advance by major credit card; Visa, American Express, Mastercard, or Discover Card.

For every confirmed booking you will receive an e-mail with a link to your E-Ticket Vouchers - when your booking is confirmed. Print both vouchers on your home/ office printer. Please present these E-Ticket vouchers at the Tour Office.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 48 hours are charged a $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge for no shows. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available.

This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 24-48 hours subject to availability.

Any cancelations must be 48 hours before tour date. No refunds for no shows. Due to limited seat availability

Drive the Rhino and TourCorp, Inc assumes no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, bad conditions of the road and other conditions beyond control, in addition to insufficient numbers.

Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
