A Great American Balloon Company Las Vegas features sunrise flights over the Northeastern Mojave Desert in the nearby Pahrump Valley. Pahrump features all the amenities one would expect in a southern Nevada resort town. Reminiscent of what the Las Vegas valley was like 20-30 years ago, one is afforded views of the open desert that are no longer available in the Vegas valley metroplex. An easy 1-hour scenic drive over the picturesque Spring Mountains, past the ramparts of the Red Rock Canyon Escarpement.

Our three decade legacy of hot air ballooning excellence includes the fact that our Federal Aviation Administration certified pilots average in excess of 15 years of experience. Our Cameron balloon systems are among the newest in service and are termed the "Rolls Royce" of the hot air ballooning industry due to their safety and quality of construction aspects. A Great American Balloon Company is also proud that it owns and operates six "balloonport" sites in the United States. Hold on to that carefree feeling of tiptoeing through the treetops and dancing with the clouds. When the thrill starts to slowly fade with time, come back and do it again! Each experience is unique and wonderful.

A Great American Balloon Company is one of the nation's oldest and largest and safest hot air balloon company in Chicago and Midwest as well as West with a heritage stretching back 29 years. You will ride in a beautiful and colorful balloon piloted by an experienced, FAA licensed pilot. One cannot steer a balloon, so the course is quite literally determined by the winds.

Your adventure begins with a pre-flight briefing. You will meet your pilot, learn all about your flight, and get answers to all of your questions. At the launch field, the balloon will impress you with its immensity as it begins preparation for flight. Bring your camera and twice as much film as you think you will need. There will be many memories you will want to capture and relive.

As you "lift off," your romance with the sport of ballooning begins. You will share breathtaking panoramas with old friends and the new ones you will meet on your high adventure. Enjoy the spectacular view as you observe animals, birds, fields, and meadows. Following landing and pack-up, the crew will return you to our meeting location. A traditional champagne toast will cap off your classic ascension and return to Mother Earth. We conclude your extra-ordinary adventure with the presentation of a personalized flight certificate.

This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12- 24 hours subject to availability.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge for NO SHOWS. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available.

Recommended for all tours in Las Vegas: Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses.

Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions.

Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
